Small business subject to the VAT exemption scheme. VAT not applicable.
What counts as a "small change"?
Text, photos, opening hours, prices: done within 2 working days, as often as you need, in every plan. A new page costs €150. A new feature is quoted separately, and other requests are billed €50 an hour, estimated up front.
Why is there a setup fee?
For Visibility and Growth, €150 once: your Google profile is checked and completed, your business is listed in directories and a review link is prepared. The fee is the same if you already have a profile, since it still needs checking.
How does payment work?
For a website: 4 invoices of 25%, one per stage. For a plan: a monthly subscription, paid online through Stripe. Small business subject to the VAT exemption scheme. VAT not applicable. The price shown is the price you pay.
Can I change plans or stop?
Yes. Moving up a plan applies right away, prorated (€150 setup fee when coming from Essential). Moving down applies from the next month. Essential and Visibility end with 1 month's notice, Growth after a 3-month minimum.
What happens if I leave?
Your domain, email and Google profile are in your name. If you leave, everything is handed over within 14 days of your written request, once invoices are paid: the site's code, the domain settings and full access to your email.
I already have a website. Can I take a plan?
Yes. Your site is reviewed first, free of charge. A Wix or Squarespace site can't be moved elsewhere, so it has to be rebuilt. A WordPress or custom-built site can sometimes be taken over, depending on its condition. Either way, you know the price before you decide.
