The fee is the same if you already have a profile: it still needs checking, and the directories still need aligning.

Does my Google profile stay mine?

Yes. You remain the primary owner of your profile, and UpInTown manages it for you. If you leave, UpInTown's access is removed.

I already have a Google profile. Why pay for setup?

Because it still needs checking and completing, the directories need aligning and the review link needs preparing. The €150 is paid once.

Who replies to my reviews?

UpInTown, on your behalf. For sensitive trades, such as healthcare, you approve each reply before it is posted.

Do you buy reviews?

No. Reviews come from your real customers, through a direct link and a QR code to share. Google forbids buying or rewarding reviews.

How is this different from Google Ads?

Ads stop as soon as you stop paying. Local SEO works on your presence itself: your profile, your reviews and your pages, to show up without paying per click.

What about assistants like ChatGPT?
