Professional email

An email address in your business name.

An address like contact@your-business.com inspires more trust than a Gmail or Hotmail address, and it stays yours even if you change provider.

One mailbox is included in the plan. Each extra mailbox costs €5 a month.

Was your site built by someone else?

It happens a lot: whoever built it has moved on, and nobody looks after it anymore.

Your site is reviewed first, free of charge. You then know clearly whether it can be taken over as it is or is better rebuilt, and what it costs, before you commit to anything.

Your domain is in your name, and you are the administrator of your email.

If you stop, everything is handed over within 14 days of your written request, once invoices are paid: the site's code, the domain settings and full access to your email.

Are hosting and the domain name included?

Yes. Hosting and your domain renewal are included in the €89 a month, along with one mailbox. Your domain name is chosen with you: if the one you want costs more than usual, the price is agreed first.

Can I edit my site myself?

No, there is no admin panel to learn or keep secure. Send a message with what changes, and it's live within 2 working days.

Can you take over a WordPress or Wix site?

A Wix or Squarespace site can't be moved elsewhere: it has to be rebuilt, which makes it a website project. A WordPress or custom-built site can sometimes be taken over, depending on its condition. Either way, the review is free and you know the price before you decide.

What happens to my current emails?

Your old messages are moved into your new mailbox during setup. You keep your history, under your new address.

Do I need a plan after my website is built?

No. Once paid for, your site is yours and you can host it elsewhere. Essential is there so you don't have to deal with it.

Can I change plans?

Yes, at any time. Moving up applies straight away (€150 setup fee when coming from Essential), moving down from the next month.
